Maintenance Services
Studio PR-144 LLC may provide website maintenance, website management, hosting-related support, plugin updates, content updates, monitoring, troubleshooting, accessibility improvements, performance optimization, security support, and ongoing digital management services when agreed in writing.
Maintenance Agreements
Ongoing maintenance and management services are only provided under an active maintenance, support, retainer, hosting-related, or management agreement.
Client Responsibility After Delivery
Once a website, web application, social media page, business listing, or digital project has been delivered and approved, the client assumes responsibility for the platform, content, accounts, updates, security, hosting environment, and digital property unless an active maintenance or management agreement is in place.
Hosting-Related Services
Studio PR-144 LLC may assist with hosting setup, hosting management, domain configuration, DNS configuration, website migrations, server-related support, or hosting-related consulting depending on the agreed project scope.
Hosting services may be provided through third-party hosting providers and platforms. Hosting provider pricing, uptime, availability, storage, bandwidth, limitations, and policies are controlled by the third-party provider.
Third-Party Platforms
Studio PR-144 LLC may work with third-party platforms, including website builders, content management systems, plugins, APIs, hosting providers, domains, automation tools, payment processors, analytics platforms, and communication services.
Studio PR-144 LLC is not responsible for outages, platform changes, plugin conflicts, third-party software failures, account restrictions, data loss, security vulnerabilities, or interruptions caused by third-party services.
Security
Reasonable efforts may be made to improve website security, monitor updates, and reduce vulnerabilities when security-related services are included in the agreed maintenance scope.
However, no website, platform, plugin, server, or digital system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Backups
Backup services may be included when specified in the maintenance agreement. Backup frequency, retention periods, storage methods, and restoration capabilities may vary depending on the hosting provider, platform, or service plan.
Performance and Accessibility
Performance optimization and accessibility improvements may be provided depending on the project scope, platform limitations, maintenance agreement, third-party tools, and client requirements.
Client Access and Credentials
Clients are responsible for maintaining secure access to their accounts, passwords, domains, hosting providers, email accounts, and connected services.
Studio PR-144 LLC is not responsible for issues caused by lost credentials, unauthorized access, account sharing, client-side changes, or external modifications made outside the agreed management scope.
Suspension of Services
Maintenance, hosting-related support, or management services may be paused or suspended due to unpaid balances, expired agreements, lack of communication, platform restrictions, or violations of agreed terms.
Emergency Support
Emergency fixes, urgent troubleshooting, recovery work, or priority support requests outside the active agreement scope may require additional fees and may depend on scheduling availability.
No Guaranteed Uptime
Studio PR-144 LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted website uptime, platform availability, ranking stability, performance metrics, traffic levels, or third-party service reliability.
Changes to This Policy
