These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Studio PR-144 LLC’s website, services, digital products, physical products, communications, payments, and client projects. By using our website, contacting us, purchasing from us, submitting information, or working with us, you agree to these terms.

Services

Studio PR-144 LLC may provide a broad range of digital, creative, marketing, and business support services, including but not limited to website design, website development, website management, digital marketing, branding, graphic design, content creation, social media support, communication systems, consulting, affiliate marketing, advertising support, digital products, physical products, and related services.

Project Agreements

Project scope, timelines, pricing, deliverables, deposits, payment schedules, and responsibilities must be agreed upon before work begins. Any service, feature, revision, or request outside the agreed project scope may require additional fees and timeline adjustments.

Deposits and Payments

Some projects may require a deposit before work begins. Deposit amounts depend on the scope, timeline, and requirements of the project and must be agreed upon with the client in advance.

Accepted payment methods may include PayPal, Stripe, Bitcoin, Ethereum, and cash for local clients in Puerto Rico when agreed in advance.

Cryptocurrency Payments

Cryptocurrency payments, including Bitcoin and Ethereum, are final once confirmed on the blockchain network. Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions and possible market volatility, crypto payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refunds and Cancellations

Refund eligibility may vary depending on project progress, completed work, reserved scheduling, purchased assets, third-party costs, administrative work, and agreed contractual terms.

If a project is canceled or postponed, Studio PR-144 LLC may deduct the value of completed work, planning, strategy, communication, design, development, purchased resources, or reserved time before determining whether any refund is available.

Recurring Services and Retainers

Studio PR-144 LLC may offer recurring subscriptions, retainers, website management, maintenance, marketing support, hosting-related services, or ongoing digital support when agreed in writing. Recurring services are only active while the client account remains current and paid.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, required access, approvals, content, files, credentials, and payment according to the agreed project timeline.

Delays in feedback, approvals, content, access, or payments may delay the project timeline and may require timeline adjustments or additional fees.

Meetings and No-Shows

Virtual meetings are preferably hosted through Google Meet. Zoom may be used when requested by the client and agreed in advance.

Clients are expected to provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a meeting. A missed meeting or no-show may result in a $50 fee unless a valid excuse is presented and accepted.

Communication

Studio PR-144 LLC may communicate with clients through email, phone, text message, social media messaging, Google Meet, Zoom, or other agreed communication methods.

Phone numbers may be used for project updates, billing, scheduling, support, and service-related communication. Marketing or promotional text messages will only be sent to users who voluntarily opt in.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property, drafts, concepts, strategies, designs, code, deliverables, and creative assets remain the property of Studio PR-144 LLC until full payment has been received.

Upon final payment, ownership of approved final deliverables specifically created for the client transfers to the client unless otherwise stated in writing.

Studio PR-144 LLC retains ownership of internal processes, systems, templates, methods, reusable code structures, workflows, strategy frameworks, and pre-existing tools used to create or manage client work.

Client Brand Ownership

Client-provided logos, names, trademarks, brand assets, content, images, documents, and proprietary materials remain the property of the client or their rightful owner.

The client confirms that they have the right to provide and use any materials submitted to Studio PR-144 LLC for a project.

Portfolio and Case Studies

Studio PR-144 LLC reserves the right to display completed work, designs, strategies, publicly available deliverables, screenshots, project summaries, and results in portfolios, marketing materials, presentations, social media, and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Confidentiality requests, private project restrictions, or non-disclosure requirements must be discussed before the project begins and may require additional agreements or fees.

Website Management and Maintenance

Ongoing maintenance, updates, backups, security monitoring, platform management, hosting-related support, plugin updates, content updates, account management, and technical support are only provided under an active maintenance, hosting, or management agreement.

Once a project has been delivered and approved, the client assumes responsibility for the website, application, social media page, business listing, platform, account, or digital property unless an active maintenance or management agreement is in place.

Third-Party Platforms and Tools

Studio PR-144 LLC may use third-party platforms, software, plugins, hosting providers, payment processors, analytics tools, advertising platforms, automation tools, scheduling services, or integrations to complete or support client work.

Studio PR-144 LLC is not responsible for downtime, changes, pricing updates, data loss, policy changes, account restrictions, platform errors, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

Digital and Physical Products

Studio PR-144 LLC may sell or promote digital products, physical products, templates, resources, guides, merchandise, or affiliate products. Product availability, pricing, descriptions, and terms may change at any time.

Affiliate Marketing

Some content, links, tools, resources, or recommendations may include affiliate links. Studio PR-144 LLC may earn a commission when users purchase through those links at no additional cost to the user.

Contributions and Support Payments

Contributions and support payments help support ongoing creative work, tools, infrastructure, research, digital development efforts, and independent projects.

Contributions do not guarantee services, deliverables, project availability, consulting, or client work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Contributors may receive access to discounts or special opportunities when available, but contributions do not guarantee any specific service.

No Guaranteed Results

Studio PR-144 LLC provides creative, strategic, technical, and marketing services with the goal of supporting growth and digital improvement. However, we do not guarantee specific business results, rankings, sales, revenue, traffic, engagement, conversions, or platform performance.

Accessibility

Studio PR-144 LLC values accessible digital experiences and may apply accessibility-aware practices when designing or managing digital work. Accessibility work depends on the agreed project scope, platform limitations, third-party tools, budget, and maintenance agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studio PR-144 LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or financial damages resulting from website use, service use, project delays, platform errors, third-party tools, business interruptions, lost profits, data loss, or client misuse of delivered work.

Changes to These Terms

Studio PR-144 LLC may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
