Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how Studio PR-144 LLC handles deposits, project cancellations, postponed work, missed meetings, recurring services, payments, and refund requests.
Deposits
Some projects may require a deposit before work begins. Deposit amounts depend on the project scope, timeline, and requirements and must be agreed upon with the client in advance.
Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility may vary depending on project progress, completed work, reserved scheduling, purchased assets, third-party costs, administrative work, strategy, planning, communication, and agreed contractual terms.
Project Cancellations
If a project is canceled, Studio PR-144 LLC may deduct the value of completed work, research, planning, strategy, design, development, communication, purchased resources, and reserved time before determining whether any refund is available.
Postponed Projects
If a project is postponed, Studio PR-144 LLC may pause the work based on availability, project status, and prior agreement. Restarting a postponed project may require updated timelines, revised pricing, or additional fees.
Non-Refundable Items
The following may be non-refundable:
- Completed work
- Strategy, planning, and consultation time
- Design drafts, development work, or approved deliverables
- Purchased assets, software, plugins, domains, hosting, or third-party tools
- Administrative time and reserved scheduling
- Digital products, downloads, templates, or resources
- Cryptocurrency payments once confirmed on the blockchain
Cryptocurrency Payments
Bitcoin, Ethereum, and other cryptocurrency payments are final once confirmed on the blockchain network. Due to blockchain transaction finality, network fees, and price volatility, cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Recurring Services
Recurring services, retainers, subscriptions, website management, maintenance, hosting-related support, and ongoing digital services are billed according to the agreed payment schedule.
Cancellation of recurring services must be requested before the next billing cycle. Fees already paid for active or partially completed billing periods may not be refundable.
Meetings and No-Shows
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a meeting. Missed meetings or no-shows may result in a $50 fee unless a valid excuse is presented and accepted.
Late Payments
Delayed payments may delay project delivery, pause active work, restrict access to services, or affect scheduled timelines. Studio PR-144 LLC may pause services until outstanding balances are resolved.
Client Delays
If a client delays required feedback, approvals, content, access, files, or communication, the project timeline may be extended. Significant delays may require a revised timeline, updated pricing, or restart fee.
Digital and Physical Products
Refunds for digital or physical products may depend on the product type, delivery status, usage, condition, and stated product terms. Digital downloads, templates, files, and resources may be final sale once delivered or accessed.
Refund Requests
Refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed based on the project status, payment history, completed work, and applicable agreement.
