This Communication & SMS Policy explains how Studio PR-144 LLC communicates with clients, website visitors, subscribers, contributors, and users who contact us or sign up for updates.
Communication Methods
Studio PR-144 LLC may communicate through:
- Phone calls
- Text messages
- Google Meet
- Zoom when requested and agreed in advance
- Social media messaging
- Website forms
- Newsletters or email updates
Phone Numbers
Phone numbers provided through forms, client communication, scheduling, or service agreements may be used for project updates, billing, scheduling, support, service-related communication, and approved offers.
Client Communication
Clients may receive direct communication related to active or past services, including project updates, invoices, billing reminders, meeting reminders, support requests, timeline updates, service notices, and account-related information.
Text Messages
Text messages may be used for project communication, billing reminders, scheduling updates, support, service notices, and offers when appropriate or when the user has signed up to receive them.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Marketing Text Notifications
Marketing, promotional, newsletter-related, or notification-based text messages will only be sent to users who voluntarily opt in to receive them.
Opting in to marketing text messages is optional and is not required to purchase products, request services, or work with Studio PR-144 LLC.

Studio PR-144 LLC aims to respond to messages in a reasonable timeframe. Response times may vary based on availability, project workload, business hours, message type, and urgency.
Communication Boundaries
Communication does not guarantee immediate support, emergency availability, project approval, service availability, or acceptance of new work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
