Intellectual Property Policy

This Intellectual Property Policy explains how Studio PR-144 LLC handles ownership rights, licensing, client deliverables, creative assets, reusable systems, portfolio usage, and intellectual property related to projects and services.
Ownership Before Final Payment
All concepts, drafts, designs, strategies, code, systems, documents, creative assets, deliverables, and project materials created by Studio PR-144 LLC remain the property of Studio PR-144 LLC until full payment has been received unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Transfer of Ownership
Upon final payment, ownership of approved final deliverables specifically created for the client transfers to the client unless otherwise stated in writing or restricted by third-party licensing.
Client-Owned Materials
Client-provided logos, trademarks, brand assets, content, documents, images, videos, business information, and proprietary materials remain the property of the client or their rightful owner.
Clients confirm they have the legal right to provide and use any materials submitted to Studio PR-144 LLC.
Reusable Systems and Internal Tools
Studio PR-144 LLC retains ownership of internal workflows, templates, systems, reusable structures, frameworks, methodologies, automation processes, reusable code, design systems, operational strategies, and internal business tools used to create or support client work.
Third-Party Assets and Licensing
Some projects may include third-party assets, plugins, fonts, stock media, software, templates, APIs, or licensed resources. These assets remain subject to the original creator’s licensing terms and may require ongoing subscriptions or renewals.
Portfolio and Showcase Rights
Studio PR-144 LLC reserves the right to display completed work, designs, project summaries, screenshots, publicly available deliverables, strategies, and related materials in portfolios, presentations, marketing materials, social media, and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Confidential Projects
Confidentiality restrictions, non-disclosure agreements, private projects, or restrictions on public showcase rights must be discussed before the project begins and may require additional agreements or fees.
Unauthorized Use
Clients, users, or third parties may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, modify, reverse engineer, claim ownership of, or commercially exploit Studio PR-144 LLC’s internal systems, proprietary methods, templates, branding, or protected materials without written permission.
Educational and Promotional Content
Studio PR-144 LLC may create educational, promotional, or demonstration content inspired by industry experience, workflows, or project knowledge, provided confidential client information is not disclosed.
Termination of Rights
If payments are reversed, disputed, unpaid, refunded improperly, or remain outstanding, Studio PR-144 LLC may suspend, revoke, restrict, or delay ownership transfer, licensing, support, or continued use rights until the issue is resolved.
Changes to This Policy
Studio PR-144 LLC may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
