This Payment & Contribution Policy explains how Studio PR-144 LLC accepts payments, support contributions, donations, cryptocurrency payments, and recurring service payments.

Accepted Payment Methods

Studio PR-144 LLC may accept the following payment methods:

  • PayPal
  • Stripe
  • Bitcoin
  • Ethereum
  • Cash (US$) for local clients in Puerto Rico when agreed in advance

Invoices and Payment Terms

Payment amounts, due dates, deposits, balances, project fees, recurring fees, and payment schedules must be agreed upon before work begins or before services continue.

Deposits

Some projects may require a deposit before work begins. Deposit amounts depend on the scope, timeline, and requirements of the project and must be agreed upon with the client in advance.

Cryptocurrency Payments

Studio PR-144 LLC is crypto-friendly and may accept Bitcoin and Ethereum as payment options. Cryptocurrency payments are final once confirmed on the blockchain network.

Due to blockchain transaction finality, network fees, and price volatility, cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Support Contributions and Donations

Contributions, donations, and support payments help support ongoing creative work, tools, infrastructure, research, digital development, educational content, and independent projects.

Contributions do not guarantee services, deliverables, project availability, consulting, or client work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Contributor Benefits

Contributors may receive access to discounts, special opportunities, or supporter benefits when available. These benefits are not guaranteed and may change at any time.

Recurring Services

Studio PR-144 LLC may offer recurring subscriptions, retainers, website management, maintenance, hosting-related support, marketing support, or ongoing digital services when agreed in writing.

Recurring services remain active only while the client account is current and paid.

Late or Missed Payments

Late or missed payments may delay project delivery, pause active work, restrict services, stop recurring support, or affect scheduled timelines.

Third-Party Fees

Clients may be responsible for third-party costs, including but not limited to domains, hosting, plugins, software, ads, subscriptions, stock assets, printing, shipping, transaction fees, or platform fees.

No Guaranteed Results

Payments, contributions, or service purchases do not guarantee specific business results, rankings, sales, revenue, traffic, engagement, conversions, or platform performance.

Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on project progress, completed work, reserved time, third-party expenses, payment method, and agreed contractual terms. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy for more information.
